Healing Sig not working
Yes it’s a widely known issue and has been for months. Equip and re-equip the skill. Or just activate and wait for the cd like usual. Gotta deal with it in the mean time.
Or activate it and interruot it with the sheathe hotkey.

No just spvp. All signets behave in this manner whilst entering a match.
