Healing Signet: Reduced low-level healing for this signet without changing healing at higher levels. This signet now heals for 12 points at level 2 instead of 25 and then scales up to heal for 200 points at level 80.
What the…f…? The way its worded make it sound like they’re mocking us: “…without changing healing at higher levels”. Everyone knew that Healing Signet was pretty powerful at lower levels, but then it starts sucking as you gain levels. Now it not only sucks at higher levels, but at lower levels too.

Anet had a dream, that shout heal warriors are the way to go. So they decided to nerf all other build options. So that they are all utterly crap.
Healing signet was forgiving for nubs in the early levels, made that they could make mistakes. 12 points is less than HALF, this is not a nerf, this is stomped into the ground to never be looked at again. Glad my warrior is lvl 80…
Good luck to all who wants to level one, not saying this is killing the warrior class, but surely is a good hit.
Warrior saw some excellent balance changes this patch. Thank god for the grossly overpowered healing signet nerf, that enabled me to kill everyone as a low lvl warrior in wubwub and be immortal against 20 mobs in PvE. Due to the tooltip fixes I have ascended to the next level of understandment of my skills. Nothing is holding us back now and I’m oneshotting people left and right with my Disabled shot and wiping out whole teams in tpvp with my dual swords. Warrior so OP now and totally not the weakest pvp profession. Awesome fixes.

I saw somewhere on these forums suggestion, that healing signet is too strong on low lvls. I second that. Leveling with healing signet was god mode on. But also as it was mentioned that signet is terribad at 80 lvl. ANET just did half of the job here. Mending or HS are far better skills.
P.S. Ha. All “but… high hp” folks. 200hp/s. 18k base hp. 18X5=90s. 90 kitten seconds.
It is akitten. joke? Not olny we don’t get buffed unlike other classes, we just getting nerfed into ground.
Level 2 is 1/40 of level 80. The passive effect only gets 16.66 times stronger at level 80 =(
Healing Surge: 281 health per second (not using any adrenaline)
Mending: 222 health per second + 2 conditions removed
Healing Signet: 200 health a second with a small burst heal when activated.
I say make it a 20 point trait in discipline that signets maintain their passive effects after use. Though, I guess that would encourage more 5 signet warriors.
