Ever since I hit 80 I’ve been focusing on toughness and healing power so that Healing Signet’s passive regen is more effective. Ive been testing how my gear affects it by taking damage from the wasps north of Lions Arch and seeing how fast my health regen per second is. When I first reached 80 it was about 98hps (scaled down from the region) and it got up to 103hps. However, just today I tested it again after getting a bunch of new gear but it was only 96hps. GW2 wiki and other sources say that the formula for the regen of Healing Signet at level 80 is 200 + (0.033 * healing power), but I tested that out as well, and I was regenerating 205hps at 80 without any healing power. Did they change the formula in the last few days without putting it in the patch notes?
