Healing Surge full adrenaline on use buff.
Name one tPvP build that’s now viable because of this.
Plus, also give a reason why we should drop condi removal for it.
Also, was this an undocumented buff?
i can only assume hes talking about the traits that give buffs based on adrenaline level.
even if the skill now gives full adrenaline on use, which would be nice, i dont see how it changes much. if you are using a weapon that has a good adrenaline skill you will still want to use that skill, if not you would be sitting on a ton of adrenaline anyways.
It has something to do with “trading hits” thanks to solving some adrenaline issues, you don’t always have to have condition cleansing if you look at the word “trading hits.” Again I’m not going to say which specific trait and weapon builds are potentially viable now.

you’re not going to say any because there isn’t a sudden new build that becomes viable simply because you can get andren immediately.
there’s utilities that already do this, so a build like you’re referring to would have been viable a long time ago
You underestimate F1 skills and the plays that you can make with them, a lot. This is why I hate adrenaline and F1 skills because they’re so good yet you can’t get enough. Its like drugs almost. This Healing Surge buff however solves this issue by a good amount.
If you trait for any of the number of adren generators you’re never starved for adren to begin with… I can usually do all my F1s on cooldown with almost 3 bars.

Don’t even get me started on the word “adaptability” too. That got buffed a lot thanks to healing surge buff.

If instant full adrenaline gain made a build viable it would have already been viable and running with any one of the other adrenaline building traits/utilities the warrior class has a plethora of.

For the record I actually use healing surge already and take care of my condi removal with signet of stamina… mostly. But as Defektive said I practically use my F1 skills on cooldown with full 3 bar adrenaline anyways… when fast hands actually works.

Man, I actually used Berserker Stance before combat so I would be at full power. It was time consuming and was just… annoying and borderline anti-fun because of the incentive that adrenaline gave.
But yeah, don’t underestimate the adrenaline skills. They’re really not that bad… except for Eviscerate right now.

I don’t underestimate them, if you notice the build I force myself to run… even though it’s painful… the only thing I have going for my weapon choices are the adrenaline skills really. Sword skills are basically for movement and… well that’s it and longbow is longbow :P

Arcing slice is better than Eviscerate atm cause of the incentive centering building momentum AND GS mobility/escapability in general. You have no idea how many times I’ve been saved by Arcing Slice and “building momentum.”
On Eviscerate’s case… please tell me why spamming 1’s with Axe is more DPS. Just WHY.
Two ways to fix Eviscerate right now though:
1.) Make it the same range and casting time as Savage Leap.
2.) Keep the speed and leap range but give it a heart-seeker effect. You’re telling me this skill can be used as a finisher right now when spamming 1’s is more DPS?

Nope its just Eviscerate compared to Axe 1. I never said Axe 1 was bad, its just that the imbalance within the Axe Warrior concept kinda blows.

No what I mean is that’s your justification why AS is better than Evis when they can both provide you with that same functionality. I mean if you’re just tossing one out for an endi burst then that’s cool, but I’d figure it leaves them equal at best… unless for some reason you’re not running perma fury anyways and actually benefit from AS’s fury buff but…. really?

Its a buff. The tool tip changed so its not a bug. The patch notes didn’t note it though.

Just WW and get to the end of that whole convoluted mess bypassing all the middle crap and accomplishing what you wanted to accomplish in the first place.
BUUUUUT I have a feelin’ this is gonna turn into one of those scenarios like discussing what would win in a fight between D&D “things” (critters, gods, whatevers). Or stupidly overpowered comic characters. Unless the entire scenario gets plotted out ahead of time it’ll just go nowhere.
Even then we’ll get a few more shots into the night and some random variable will get tossed out that changes the whole thing in a big “if” battle.
TLDR: We pour this booze and drink this booze, because we think it’s nummy.
So over the tongue and down the throat, to partay in our tummies.

Well…. you don’t exactly have to use 3 bars of adrenaline on AS to aid your escape further so its kind of a filler thing. I mean I use 3 bars for Skull Crack anyways.
But yeah on-topic on a more broad sense… ANET is close to the right path of not over-buffing Warrior. And that’s making F1 skills more accessible. Now they just need to either.. buff some F1 skills or maybe make F1 skills costs 2 bars for full effect without the mastery from 30 disicpline. Wouldn’t be broken either way.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll take it. It’s something, which is better than nothing (most of the time).
Of course I wish they’d buff the actual heal from healing signet a bit. I dunno, I just hate the idea of something only being useful if you forget it (cough-adrenaline based traits- cough-signets-cough).

Blame Moldren and the beta axe/axe 30% on 30% more damage eviscerates.
