Q:
Healing power worth it for roamer?
If you are running healing signet, then no. The other warrior healing skills DO scale much better, but they (and adrenal possbily) will be your only source of healing unless you can get regen. I would say healing power is not worth it for a warrior. Instead, run toughness along with healing signet, allowing you to focus on offensive stats. Most warriors nowadays run 65% zerker 35% cavalier.
With 1200 HP, adrenal, HS, and regeneration will heal for ~900hps. With 200 HP what you get base from grabbing cleansing ire) you get ~700hps. You tell me if 1000 healing power is worth only 200 more HPS, not counting the downtime on adrenal and regeneration.
Not even remotely worth it. Give up 75% of your damage to gain a 10% healing increase? It’s laughable.
ANY stat is better then Healing power

Well, I’ve got 2000 to 2400 healing power on my warrior, depending on what build I’m running. Its hella fun. But if you’re looking for viable builds, especially for roaming, DO NOT use healing power.
Though I got to say, healing power shout build is great in dungeons when you’re with a… weak pug group. I can solo the last two TA Aetherblade bosses and some of the lvl 20~ FOTM bosses.
As a solo roamer you definitely want to kill your targets as fast as possible. The longer you fight the more likely you will get jumped by other players. Stack offensive stats + mobility skills, ignore about the rest.
So healing power scales pretty bad with headings sig ?
I am leveling my warrior right now and was planning on getting some cleric trinks and zerker amulet with PVT or a zerker/pvt mix armor( haven’t decided yet). I only playing WvW and mostly roam so would I be wasting stats getting cleric trinks?

in terms of hp per second, healing sig and healing surge has the same scaling with healing power.

For roaming, cleric trinkets would be a waste. As the person above you mentioned, damage and mobility are more important for roamers.

the only thing that can really justify running healing power is if you and a bunch of warrior friends are running shout builds together, but even then Guardians have better heals and you guys will do zero damage.
If you want to roam as a condition warrior I would suggest getting dire gear. The toughness and vit you gain is much better than what you gain from healing power and besides, your healing at around 200-300 should be more than enough to survive encounters with zergs in addition to mobility.
You want to kill quickly but at the same time you don’t want to get blown up by a second person who will gank you inevitably and you want to be able to survive and at least run from a zerg.
I say just go full dire and call it a day, or you can go half dire/half rabid
