I have the trait Heightened Focus but with 3 bars of adrenaline i’m not seeing 15% increase in my crit chance…
Is it bugged?

It has always been like that. It is NOT bugged, crit rate is applied but not showed in Hero Panel.

None of the traits that apply an extra percentage of damage or crit chance show up in the hero panel. They never have.
