I olny hope that we see weapon traits deleted and added as baseline as rifle peircing by default etc.
I’m hoping that it will be a GW1 like system where we’ll be able to spend adrenaline on utility skills. I’m guessing we’re getting a F2 skill that is either some sort of “mode” maybe like Death Shroud.
If so, it would be cool to see more types of energy management for the class.

But “and new way to interact” was mentioned too. What could that mean? A new way to generate adrenaline?
We already have gain adrenaline options when:
Hitting
Getting Hit
Swapping
Over time in combat
Activating Certain Utility Skills

Cantrip -20% duration hasn’t been deleted. There is no reason to believe -20% weapon duration will not happen.

The ability to spend it 1 bar at a time? So you can split your use over multiple effects for more powerful, but not completely powerful skills. (1 bar kshot, 1 bar heal, 1 bar Eviscerate)

a new way to spend adrenaline
Blocking (defensive) option has been a long-time request and suggestion from ole’ folks like me. … there was even an interface picture
and a new way to interact with their adrenaline bar.
To add some complexity to Warrior, I’ve always suggested that there be a slide bar for 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% Adrenaline use. For example, with two ways to spend Adrenaline, you should have the option to use an F1 attack at 50% and then have the defensive F2 option available for a 1s block (or some such).
If I had to guess, Adrenaline will be redone so that hits taken (like from Cleansing Ire trait now), will add Adrenaline gain. It has always been odd that Warriors do not get madder (by default) if hit in combat especially now that Adrenaline is immediately lost if out of combat.
Also, I would guess all on-dodge effects will be added baseline;
Warrior = Reckless Dodge
Engineer = Evasive Powder Keg
Ranger = Companion’s Defense
Mesmer = Deceptive Evasion
etc.
A big part of this is change is because stat allocations (being removed from trait lines) will likely be weaker making gear choice/food choice a much more important part of builds and effects like these are both (a) fun and (b) compensation to stat loss.

Greatsword (Might on Crit per target and 10% extra damage) and Longbow (more damage on burning foes and reduced cooldown and increased range) would gain far more than Rifle.
I don’t really see it happening as this is even more unbalancing for other classes (ie. Ranger Longbow which has 4 traits that enhances it).
