How are Rifle Warriors?
They’re a better Ranged class than Ranger lol. Longbow is far more useful than Ranger’s and Rifle is a single-target obliterator.
How’s the charrzooka btw, is the aoe any good? ^^
My warrior is Norn, so I dunno about the Charrzooka skill. But Rifle has no AOE compared to longbow.

Unless you killshot a piercing-traited rifle into a WvW zerg. Then the AoE is quite LoL.
Another note is that Rifle Butt, the Rifle #5 skill, is one of the best control skills currently in the game. 12-second cooldown with Crack Shot, and it’s a melee AoE knockback with a good bit of range to its KB. As a rifle Warrior running in groups, I’ve been known to rush up and use Rifle Butt to lineback someone getting blasted, clear them off sufficiently to get them out of the way. The rest of the rifle doesn’t lend itself much to control, but having all that power and range to work with, on top of an excellent fallback option for melee snarls, is really pretty cool.
Yes, rifle has good single target damage. But why limit yourself to one type of weapon? Build for adaptability, especially considering you can switch between weapons really quickly with Fast Hands. In fact my whole build is based around initiating with hammer, and then switching to axe and dealing damage from there. Using one weapon shoehorns you into a certain playstyle which might not be appropriate to all situations.
really bad engineer

Yeah man, that 900 range absolutely destroys the ranger’s 1500 range. God its not even close.

1500 on Ranger is traited.
900 on Warrior is untraited.
Bad comparison. 1200 vs 1500, not bad.

20/20/0/0/30 Rifle+GS (GS Major trait from first line and rifle Major Trait from second line and max out the bottom line but don’t get the 30 point trait use instead the rally if you kill in vengeance).
If you are shooting for a viable wvw rifle build check out Taugrim’s run and gun build. I’ve been using it for a little while now and it’s a very nice build.

It’s a lot of fun. I just came back to gw2 and wasn’t interested in it that much until I started playing a rifle warrior. Now I’m having a blast in PvP. I can’t comment on high end competitions but it’s great for PUGs.
Only thing I would change is make kill shot easier to land but that might just be my build.
Would i be welcomed in high levels fractals and dungeon runs? If i ran mainly rifle and longbow.
I would pick one or the other as a ranged weapon and go for a melee weapon. Also anything that reflects projectiles (don’t know if fractals has that or not) would really make you useless.

No, you wouldn’t. A warrior with just range is terrible for damage. It’s nice if you do some support (banner/shouts), but damage is the real reason you’re in the party in the first place. You can easily be swapped out for someone else, like a Guardian, Mesmer or a melee (support) warrior.
