Q:
Extremely curious as to how a condition warrior works, especially with dual swords. Could anyone share a light on how to build gear and trait-wise?

I guess where u wrote ranger was just a mistake….Since the topic says warrior.
Gear
You want to go Rabid or Rampager for PVE
You can also mix some of this stuff with Carrion or zerker if your going for some kind of min/maxed hybrid power/condi build.
Runes you want Superior Rune of the Krait or Undead, undead may work better on a rabid build since you can convert more of your toughness to condition damage. Otherwise I think Krait is the better rune now. Since it provides 45% bleeding duration+Deep cuts you are looking at 95% Bleeding duration without food.
Trait wise.
Arms trait line is condition damage. Str is condition duration but going more than 10 points in str is a waste. Unless you are running Hybrid don’t put points here.
For PVE id recommend 30 in arms. Deep cuts, Sword trait, DWA
With pure condition spec like Rabid you do not benefit that much from traits like attack of opportunity 25 points in arms, or Duel wield mastery 10 points in str. Because those damage modifiers are for physical damage, and they do not increase condition damage. however if you are a hybrid type build you will benefit from them more becasue condition damage isn’t your only source of DPS.
For PVP you can get away with just 10 points in Arms for deep cuts. Then the rest you put in Defensive and Tactics for condition removal and sustain for heal shouting. Dire gear is best here, or Settlers, and Apothecary work well here for cheesy healing speced condition builds.

When you say condition ranger I’m going to assume you meant condition warrior, since this is the warrior forum section (and rangers can’t use sword/sword)
Sword provides bleed stacks on auto attacks and the Burst skill provides 8 stacks of bleed along with Immobilize. The offhand provides more bleeds and torment. You can stack insane amounts of bleed in a short time and keep it pretty high. Usually most condi wars combine s/s with a longbow for the added burning pressure.
Just to add for shout-heal conditional build in pvp I found that you don’t need 2 in arm, I much prefer fast hand so 0/0/5/6/3. Since bleed already lasts very long from food + rune of krait, most would have cleanse it before it last that long. I suppose you can do 0/1/4/6/3 too. But 33% bleed on 6% crit is completely pointless IMO.
Pve I personally won’t recommend it unless you are just doing world solo stuff. You should be able to solo champion with it though. Pvp you would be extremely strong.
