I wonder how the zerker stance warrior like you people deal with this kind of thieves.

I am using Banner Shout Rampage build and fought against blind spam thief. I won at the end of this duel, but that was only possible becuz I have shout skill that remove a condition when its activation since I am running shout warrior, I usually do activate shout along with critical skill to successfully land the skill on thief. And heal from shout and banner was also huge factor that led me to win this duel.

But I just wonder, if it comes to zerker stance warrior like you guys.
How do you guys deal with this kinda blind spam thieves? as STANCE WARRIOR

Right, so first off.

Go to Options, Remove Screen Shake.

Not sure why no one has informed you, but the shake will disrupt your ability to recognize animations any enemy is doing, so turn it off for a better and smoother looking fight.

Lighter has already suggested some options, but as a Stance Warrior you will be timing your Berserker stance as a ‘retaliation’ for the most part rather than an aggressive tool against a thief. Bad to average thiefs will steal to popping their ‘Warrior Steal’ on you under a smoke cloud, Berserker Stance will negate the blind spam while you plow into them. Otherwise, if the thief is smart he will drop the bundle and escape into stealth and you will have to play accordingly. Thief Stealth isn’t nearly as unpredictable as Mesmer, estimate at least between a second or three seconds before the thief attempts something.

There isn’t much outside of that I can give you, the rest is skill.

Whirlwind is my best friend against any dagger thief, blind spamming or not. Beyond the above points, also remember that your weapon range is greater than the BP radius.
