How to acquire Armored Attack?

It’s in the defense traitline,the last Passive trait before the Master trait is Armored attack.

I am unable to locate the trait Armored Attack. Wiki suggests its in the defense trait line a a grandmaster trait. I’ve looked both in sPVP and out of HoM but I can’t seem to locate it. Does anyone know where I can find this trait? thanks.
