Yesterday or the day before, I swear I saw the passive bonus for Signet of Rage finally granting adrenaline as I was standing still… today, not working again.

What’s the deal?

@wintermute : You are a gentleman and a scholar. I’ve casually wondered what has been causing those bubbles, litrally, for weeks.

You guys didnt click that when its passive you have it coming off you? But when its popped or on cd you dont?

None the less, I too noticed its adrenaline grant yesterday, normally in a fight its popped or on cd, but yesterday, the enemy on the tower were being tight with showing their faces or giving damage (defense trait gain adrenaline on hit) so with the longbow, I had to stand there letting the signet do its works.

I completely ignore that effect tbh. Its active effects run out before it recharges, and I want them up in combat, so it’s literally always recharging during the one time it might be useful passively.
