I want to not play Shoutbow or Hambow
Even Rytlock chose to give up being a warrior, so you wouldn’t be the first.
I think a sword/shield (6 in arms 6 in Defense and maybe 6 in Discipline) build may be viable with the combining of the shield traits. It won’t be ideal for groups but should be fun for pvp, roaming and overall goofing off….Oh equip a bow for swap. :P
I was tired to play Shoutbow too, so a friend of mine suggested me to try his own build:

It’s VERY squishy, so it can be hard to master. Also, heavy condi build can be a pain.
Sigils and Runes can be changed. It’s your personal choice. Also, you can choose different traits, just do not change the first line
The goal, when using this build is too keep your adrenaline bar full as long as possible. You can use Hammer’s CC to interrupt and apply confusion and Axe’s AA to constantly drop down the health of your opponent.
You will see that a lot of ppl waiting for the animation of the Eviscerate, wasting their dodges.
If you find in trouble use Shield #5 or endure pain, of course
If it’s the bow you want to drop… For quite a while I’ve been on a rampage replacing the bow with GS in a zerk hambow build with Rampage.
Sigils: GS=Energy+Battle. Hammer=Intel+Fire.
Burst is great and zerk Rampage is BEAST.

You’re about 85% as effective as viable zerker classes without counting their utility and team support.
