"Interrupt DPS" for lack of a better name.
Decent trait choices for the weapon set, it’s just that STR > ARMS and Rampage > SoR even with the nerf.
I feel like the vulnerability from the mace trait just gets cleansed way too easily. But yeah, what I’d like to point out is that.. people underestimate the hammer auto + Frenzy. That actually hits like a truck and the build is really nice for baiting dodges while helping the team land hits.
Plausible build, just that you need to put STR instead of ARMS and Rampage instead of SoR. You have too much adrenaline gain as is with burst mastery and zerk stance alone.

@Black Truth: Thanks for the input! I checked it out. I picked ARMS for the 100% Crit chance for the bursts, but the % Damage increase from Berserker’s Power in STR makes up for it I think. It feels a bit too close to GS/H builds like that though and the burst skills are not only the lowest cooldown stuns but also the main condi removal for this build so full adrenaline is preferred and with longer fights that becomes difficult without the extra adrenalin regen.

Solid looking build. The only problems I can see are kiters, considering you have no ranged attacks accept the f1 hammer leap which you cant just pop all willy nilly.
I advocate for strength as well. With body blow, zerker strength, and stick and move in the strength line, and cull of the weak in def, thats near perma weakness and a whopping 55% in damage modifiers.
I’d take that extra 35% over some crit chance any day.
I have 2 versions of Interrupt focused builds:
Strength Version
Yes, with Rampager’s ammy you are fragile stat wise, which is why I added shield. It gives you some sustain while still having an interrupt.
Strength fits the theme of Interrupts better because of Distracting Strikes. Arms has the amusing combo of using your Signet of Rage to activate the birds which with your high crit and a sigil of Earth will proc a TON on bleeds.
You could try going both Strength and Arms like this but I have a feeling you would be made of paper.
Note that none of these builds are currently “viable.” Eles have too much cleanse, Necros will tend the condis back and you’ll kill yourself, even Mes/Guard/Teef have decent condi cleanse. They are fun though.

I kept the trait line Arms but changed the amulet to Cavalier’s since the synergy between the two works much better than Marauder’s did. The bursts hit like a truck now while clensing condi’s. I’ve gone up against a condi Necros with this and won quite handily. The Skills 7, 8, and 9 are adjustable for what you’re dealing with for any given match but I suggest leaving the Elite and Healing skills as is. Please feel free to use the build, just let me know what your experience with it was!
