Is Last Chance bugged?
The enemy is the one who must be under 25% hp , then you get quickness, not yourself
It’s when after you hit an enemy, if its hp is 25% or less. Also it’s probably not worth getting because Anet forgot to compensate for the quickness nerf by increasing its duration (AGAIN).
Quit to play my 2 favorite competitive fps and moba games ported to my favorite OS.

Not speaking about the trait’s name (it should be MY last chance to survive, so I should be under 25%….which is the point in gaining quickness when hitting a mob who’s already almost dead?), I did Dwayna and Lyssa a couple of hours ago…I (together with many other guys ofc) killed the bosses and a lot of veterans…no quickness as well, never.
So, if u confirm (do you?) that the trait is working fine, maybe I’m the bugged one? ^^

… i do agree that the quickness nerf broke it; and the name is misleading

Last Chance was cool when combined with Frenzy and Sigil of rage. You could be quickened for a long time. What made LC cool was that you could use that speed to take them down then quickly stomp. The name is misleading, but I’m not sure if it’s broken post patch, I hope not as I was considering running this combo again.

i havent used it recently; but when i ran a sword build (dungeons not pvp) it was working fine (as in; activating when an enemy was hitting low health)… but that was a long time ago… after that i respecced into tanky mace+banner support; and finally into what i have now (zerk/knight hybrid with shouts)
