I was in Camp Resolve testing out Trait builds. I was checking to see how much Critical Strike 180 Precision gives from Signet of fury.

With my build, and I have just got to lvl 80, the 180 Precision gave me about +9%.
So imagine my surprise when I activated the trinket to find my % to Crit dropping to 31%.

Do you loose the passive effect of a Signet when you activate it, and if so is the generation of 30 Adrenaline worth 9% less Crit for 30 seconds.

Would someone check this out too please, just in case I’m not seeing this right.

4 ways to play.

A. keep the signet on your bar passive effect.
B. Trait Arms trait line and take signet mastery, get 100 precsion when activating a signet. Use multiple signets. Str, prec. Rage, healing. Pop all signets at once 400 Precision.
C.Pop the signet to instantly use a burst skill when you have no adrenaline. Like pop it then land arcing slice GS skill that gives you fury 20% crit chance good example.
D. Think

You lose the passive effect of the signet when you activate it. The elem has a way to keep it up with the trait “Written of Stone”, but not the warrior. As Warlord has said, you use the signet to fill your adrenaline.

You can accumulate and maintain your precision stacks by repeatedly casting the Healing signet alone, if I remember correctly.
