Guild Wars 2

The skill does not seem to work as it says it does. I have not played in a while so maybe there been some changes?
It says it adds cr for each adrenaline stage you have, and it done that when I was playing. Now I don’t see the effect till I use the adrenaline and then I get boost and it goes away soon after I build it up again. So it works in reverse. I looked at the amount of crits I do while I have the boost after spending adrenaline, and it really seem that I do more of them.
Is the skill broken? Is it suppose to do what it says it does or actually when you spend adrenaline?

This is very hard to test since the crit chance is per hit. If you have 50% crit chance you have 50% chance to crit on each hit, which means there’s no guarantee you will crit half of your hits. You might just as well not crit for any of the 10 coming attacks, but it’s 50/50 that you do. Since it doesn’t add anything to your stats it will be hard to notice.

Thats not what I was asking though. How does the trait work? As it says it does or in reverse? To me it adds the boost after I use adrenaline and then takes it away after I get adrenaline again, not right away but still. So it does the opposite thing of what it should do. Not giving you boost when you have your adrenaline, it gives me boost after I build it up and spend it. Whats up with that?

It works. Go to the mists with a 0/0/0/0/30 build with no amulet. See how often you crit with no traits chosen (4%) then enable to the trait and see how often you crit. You’ll notice the difference.
