Im currently following my own build but i dont know if it just my structure of positioning when zerging or just my habit of charging in first. But anyway my stars are

hp:34k
tough: 2.1k
Armor: 3.1k

Is this even good. Cause i both feel like I dont do any dammage and i die too fast. I mean like a thief can kill me in less than a few seconds

My goal; to Immobilize and interrupt the most heavily congregated area of the enemy. When zergs collide I go with cripple skills first; since most of the opposition have stability up. After the first 8ish secs, when most stability boons are gone I focus on interrupts; which also provides my meager damage from confusion.

I dodge into/behind/in front of the group, hit my skill and then move through them. Turn around, find the next area with the most enemy and rush in, hit an interrupt, with an interrupt or cripple/immobilize, before moving past.

Always make sure you hit a few downed enemies when moving since they can provide rally if you get downed.

If health low find your friendly eles and look for their water fields or hide among a group of your allies, guardians, as you heal up.

34k hp?

You do realise pretty much everyone you face has hp of 13-20k.

Look, as a warrior just run all zerker gear, spec 0,0,30,10,30 and you honestly can’t go wrong. You get 22k hps, 3k armour and great power and crit damage. Almost impossible to spec incorrectly on a warrior as it’s so forgiving due to high base hp and armour.

Hitpoints and armor are only part of the defense in GW2. Dodging and blocking attacks offer just as much defense as stats. Warriors also have things like their stances to avoid either physical damage or condition damage. Shield to block damage or their Warhorn to blast waterfields to heal. Shield Bash and Hammer CC prevents damage by CC’ing the enemy. Warrior’s easy access to Stability allows you to move out of harm’s way reliably. Things like that.

Stacking Vitality and Toughness will help you live longer, but they won’t keep you alive if you don’t use your other resources as well.

Chances are if your HP is that high you hit like a wet noodle and you can’t kill anything so yea your build is terribad.

looks fine overall for zerging but i wouldn’t say I’d go into roaming with it. you’ll take a hit but unless you have some decent power those skills may really mean all to little.

I run full soldier gear on my warrior (trinkets are rare rest exo) and I have around 32 or 34K hp, can’t remember.

I made my warrior tanky like that so I can support the groups I play with. I’m always the first to go in and last one to go out I think you just need to practise to play with you’re warrior. Especially in 1vs1 either the squishy dps has to run away or even with my pathetic damage I can kill him on the long run. That being said, based on you’re stats: stay with the group / zerg and practise practise practise.
