Like MLK I have a dream, not of an important social issue but of a game that probly doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.
Burst Skills: Cooldown scales by # of adrenaline bars, different for each
There isn’t much point to using bursts at lower adrenaline lvls since you still wait the same time to use it again and adrenaline is not hard to come by. Conversely some burst skills are too effective at certain adrenaline levels to be able to be used every 10s
The scaling would depend on which weapon since there are certain ones that are weak and others that are strong so a general scaling for all of them would not work
Kick: Make it apply quickening zephyr (debuff) on targets for 4s
There are many problems w/ this skill; it only knocksback, short range, too long of a cooldown and you are missing out on way better skills by taking this. This will give warrior a way to deal w/ bunkers w/out investing heavily into conditions since it reduces the effectiveness of healing. It still separates the warrior from other classes since it can’t be upgraded by condi dmg/duration but isn’t mitigated by boons. It also solves the skill doing too little, makes stability and clerics less stronk
Brutal Shot: Make it also stun for 1s
Besides the cripple, there isn’t much the rifle can do to make sure its stronger skills land. This would still have the 1s cast time, but the reward would be worth it and might avert the need to buff other skills
Brutal Banner: Make it also apply revealed debuff for 3s
There are no methods to deal with stealth besides them attacking in empty spaces or interrupting the skill that has stealth. Brutal Banner would still require some aiming to land (especially if the target is already stealthed) but at least there would be a counter to it and it would also make banners more enticing even w/out the traits
Rampage: Retain your weapon/healing skills; Kick, Throw Boulder and Seismic Leap replace your utilities.
You miss out on more utility when you lose all your weapon skills
Plant Standard: Reduce the cast time to 1/2s
Its so much easier to just drop the banner w/ ~ and the finisher isn’t worth waiting for
Distracting Strikes: Instead of confusion make it set the skill 10s until use-able again
Last Chance: Make it trigger at 40% health
Thick Skin: Make it apply when your hp is below 80%
Armored Attack: Make it give 35 toughness for each stack of might.
The current conversion is not worth the investment. This would still have counters since there are many ways to deal w/ boons and the bonus would be worth getting the trait for.
Unsuspecting Foe: Add a 4s internal cooldown per target
Spiked Armor: Also gives 5s protection, triggers on weapon swap instead.
Destruction of the empowered: Increase the bonus to 5%
Throw Bolas: Transfers 1 condition
There are no physical utilities that deal w/ conditions. This would still have counters since it is reliant on having a target in range and can be interrupted, the projectile can be destroyed, reflected or dodged.

i approve of rampage revamp. anything to make transforms actually cool. norn put me off of all transforms though. necro forms barely redeem transforming but.. no. just no
