And I always had a main Warrior.
For PvE, I used to go either Phalanx Warrior build (For dungeons) or some GS+Longbow or GS+Axe/Mace for general solo PvE…
For PvP, I used to go many builds, but mostly Hambow or Condi warrior with dualswords + longbow.
For Wvw, I used the sword + horn build for buffing and healing allies.

In the current Meta, where do we stand ? What builds are the good ones !? I run a full zerker set, is that still good ? With Strenght runes.

Also… Is the berserker spec good ? How so ?

Basically, are these builds I used to run still good, or should I adapt to some new builds that are up ? I’m a lil lost!!

Warrior’s current spot in the meta is pretty bad right now, but that’s only for WvW and PvP, Warrior’s are still great for PvE.

With that said here are some builds, all of them can be personalized to what you feel you need with them.

For zerging in WvW I like this build.

It does good damage, has about as many invulns as a Warrior can have, and still brings the extra power with Empower Allies and the good ol’ Battle Standard. It’s more of a selfish build than the old shoutheal build , but that extra survivability for yourself is almost needed in most situations right now.

Warrior in PvP is in a very sorry state, it’s worse off here than in WvW and the only build that I find to be somewhat competetive and almost ‘Meta’ on a Warrior in PvP is this build or a variation of it:

It is condi and I don’t really like playing condi, but this build, and it’s variations are undoubtedly some of the best Warrior builds for PvP at the moment.

For PvE Phalanx Strength Warrior is still good, especially with Berzerker:

Berzerker is a good spec if you want raw damage, it can do either condi or power, but the only thing it really brings is damage, you can get some extra stab with Eternal Champion, Blood Reckoning is there but it’s not very good in practice, and Savage Instinct is another stun break and some nice condi removal.

Vanilla Warrior builds work just as well as Berzerker builds, it’s primarily a matter of which one you like more.
