Just hit 80 looking for some help please.
Naw, you can do fine as a Shout Warrior without Cleric’s gear. Shout Warriors are more about Condition purging/buffing than healing; the healing is just a neat side-effect. Without any Healing Power whatsoever, I heal a bit over 1.000 per Shout, give or take.
Here’s the spec (I cant check in-game right now so some names may be wrong).
Strength: 10 (Berserker’s Power) – 10 the best 20 Trait points you’ll ever spend as a Warrior.
Arms: 20 (Rending Strikes, Forceful Greatsword) – Forceful Greatsword is what makes it such a sweet, sweet weapon.
Tactics: 30 (Empowered, Lung Capacity, Vigorous Shouts) – For faster Shouts (that heal!) and a lovely 30% increase in all Boon durations. You can switch Empowered if you like, but with 30% longer Boon duration you can really feel the notice the increase in damage. Especially if teamed up with a Guardian.
Discipline: 10 (Heightened Focus) – the other 10 of the 20 best Trait points you’ll ever spend as a Warrior.
For armour and weapon you’ll want Knight’s which gives you Power/Precision/Toughness. For accessories you can either go Emerald for more Power/Precision/Toughness or just go Ruby for even more Power/Precision/Crit damage. For Runes in your armour, look for “Superiour Runes of the Soldier”. In addition to a good chunk of Toughness/Vitality, the 6 piece bonus makes all of your Shouts remove 1 Condition – for Shake It Off it means it removes 2 rather than 1. In my weapon I have a Superior Sigil of Force for a raw 5% increase in all damage; there probably are better alternatives though…
As far as skills go I use For Great Justice, Shake It Off!, and Signet of Stamina (this is a personal favourite, the third slot is very flexible) and Signet of Rage. Thanks to the 30% increase in Boon duration you can keep all of your Boons up for as long as you’ll need them.

Walls of text! OMG. Use knights armor, Berserker weapon. Mix of knights/berserker trikets with berserker jewels. Thats the best build. It gives a good balance of defense and power. Or use the karma soldier armor found in Orr and mix it with knights armor same trinkets as the 1st one.
Runes is doesn’t mater, use solder runes for condition removal, Rage runes for crit, or strength runes for power are all good. Do not use berserker armor.

and where/ how do you obtain the knight armor and zerk weapon?
and where/ how do you obtain the knight armor and zerk weapon?
The armour is called Draconic and the weapon is called Pearl.
You either craft them yourself (requires maxed crafting skill) or buy them off the Trading Post.

You seem to be missing a little bit of Vitality with that Toughness. Instead of so much zerkers, have a little Valkyries here and there, because toughness quickly looses it’s worth without some vitality to work off.
really bad engineer

This advice is not in line with how to properly maximize your stats. The recommendation that I see most is Knights for chest, legs, shoulders, and weapons. Then Berserker for hands, feet, helm, trinkets and jewels.
The reason for this is that you give up too many stats if you run crit damage on your chest, legs, shoulders, and weapons to make it optimal. However, the return from having crit damage on hands, feet, helm, trinkets and jewels is much better.
For trait builds I have had a lot of success running variants of Yojak’s build. The theme is using either sword or axe with warhorn for primary weapons and a rifle for secondary. With using signet of rage, warhorn trait, and increased boon duration you will have permanent swiftness which is very useful for world completion as you will be running around a lot.
The builds I use are 0/25/0/20/25 for sword, and 20/0/0/20/30 for axe. Obviously these builds are more offensively geared but that is my preferred play style. I didn’t find healing shouts to be as beneficial as having additional damage traits.

Warriors have a very high natural Health, so Toughness benefits us more than Vitality in the long run.
