Killshot OP..

The most obvious attack animation in the whole game and people fail to dodge it, unless ofc this is in a zerg or people destroying a gate and didn’t see it coming.
for what i care they could nerf the skill to the ground :P
actualy kill shot is good if played as a rifle build. I dont think they should nerf it… they should actualy valorise it more

Two Warriors roaming together. One wields a hammer, the other wields a rifle. Can’t mess with that.
Too many bad people with loud voices playing this game.
Makes sense they’d be annoyed in WvW if they were in a large group and therefore unable to see the warrior. Nothing bites more than being in middle of zerg and then all of a sudden dropping because a warrior parked in the back used killshot. On another note, nothing beats using distortion with traited reflect when you see a charged killshot coming. Most warriors don’t even recognize the animation since so few mesmers I’ve seen actually run it.

The main legitimate concern gets addressed and people immediately start looking for something else to complain about.
People just won’t be happy till all classes except their own get nerfed so far into the ground that they have to lie down to spit on them.

There were plenty of threads like that. Anet never listened. Killshot is fine: huge casttime, huge damage.
BTW: The damage shown in the screenshot is nothing special. You can deal way more damage with 1 killshot by piercing into an enemy blob (Crack Shot). Half a year ago I made few screenshots of my warrior dealing 48k+ damage with one (piercing) killshot. And I wasnt even fully glass canon. lol
^Honestly for the casttime it has, it should be a iWin button, automatically getting opponent to downed state no matter what. Its really kitten me off when i land it to see something like 7k crit or even worse..a 3k non crit
Gota notice that the rifle is a ranged weapon consume both weapon slot and has next to no defensive ability beside the back smack? A sniping warrior getting focused is in a very bad position so its all fine if they deal heavy damage to punish people who simply ignore them

Translation: In 1v1, it is easy to dodge and see it coming. In group fights or zergs, it is OP.

Why are using rifle and focusing on a single target on 30 man melee? You can activate endure pain, run into the middle and cleave for 5 times as much damage without being nullified by a single block or dodge.
Ppl forgot that rifle warrior is not needed in a zerk. So what if u will shoot down one guy when theres 40+ more waiting for the free bag out of u. I personally keep running to backlines to see that awesome 4k aa crits from axe and cleaning ppl in 2sec, and over that 2 seconds i actually have done much more than a rifle warrior. Do a favor for ur server and dont take spot for some lol sniping bc “i like big numbers” as u act like u got something..small in pants and trying to make it up for it by 20k killshot in some squishy guy
Rifle is a single target as it is mean for a boss fights in pve and dueling/roaming in pvp, but the thing is it doesnt work the way it meant to be. Why do i feel like a freekill using gs/rifle and why everytime ill get a underwater fight i feel like a op kitten with spear/harpoon? Answer is obvious.
