Which is better? I am aiming to be a high survivability warrior.

I have full exotic Knight armor, but I have masterwork trinkets that needs upgrades.

I personally like mixing the two, so in your case I’d do Valkyrie Trinkets.

Conditions don’t care about Toughness, so having more Vitality isn’t a bad thing. Unless you have the gear and trait enough ways to remove Conditions pretty consistently than it might be advantageous to just go straight Toughness.

I know there is Power/Vit/Tough gear , but I don’t think there are any trinkets that are those stats.

Well I say, AC set is always best specially for WvW cause you need a good amount of HP (Vitality) and defense (Toughness) as well as Power. AC set have superior runes of monk which increases your healing ability , the duration of your boons increased by 15% and you gain Aegis for every elite skill you use, best of all you get 5% change to gain health while hit. I don’t know whats better than that.
