Guild Wars 2

I wear 4 pieces Berserker’s Armor and 2 pieces of Rampagers. My jewels is all Soldiers except for 1 Berserks Amulet.

I mostly use Longbow and only switch to GS in 1v1 situations after I have kited someone down with GS. Just wondering do you think I would do more damage with all Rampagers gear for more condition damage?

Some of us just REALLY want to do something other than GS or Hammer builds man. (doesn’t mean they work, but we do them anyways out of a heightened sense of masochism and self loathing… or something lol)

This is what I have been running with the past 48 hours. Before that I was running with 20 in defense for the shield trait and only 10 in the bottom trees for the signet recharge and longbow range respectively.

I also have an offhand sword, but figured I’d give the warhorn offhand a real honest try to see how it works… but it’s so bloody STUPID LOOKING imo even if it is a necessary weapon swap for every warrior for swiftness. Seriously… fighting with a warhorn in your offhand instead of a shield, or other weapon… or just having that hand free to grapple… so dumb.

Interesting bug perhaps but I started with a second sigil of doom on my longbow to keep poison up 100% with the weapon swaps (when fast hands actually works) however it does not appear to proc off the longbow. At all.

Procs off the warhorn though so…. gonna test further then make a bug report to see what ANet has to say about the sigil not working with longbow.

Still not happy with the tactics tree though… I’d much rather have those points in defense, or even strength but oh well… Maybe if ANet ever un-kittens the longbow.

I use longbow, but I only put 10 points in tactics for stronger bowstrings, and don’t have a lot of condition damage. I just use it for sieges and events and kiting powerful veterans really. The auto attack is just way too weak for the weapon to be viable as a main weaponset, and lack of short cooldown cripple makes it very hard to use.

Build posted finally. Scroll up to original post. Sorry it took a while, had a great W3 night and then passed out hard for a power nap kitten 14 hour work shift pre-battle on friday… not as young as I used to be for those all-nighters).
