On what level can i start uprading my armour and weapons with runes? Thanks for the help.

I wouldn’t worry too much about runes to be honest before you hit level 80 and got your Exotic armor set.

Before that you can slap any major rune you come by if you feel the stats on them support your build. You can insert gems into armor upgrade slots as well and they are usually relatively cheap and easy to come by and they usually give couple of stats.

TL;DR:
Don’t sweat about it, but if you want to have runes in your armor before level 80 you can.

sigil of bloodlust is a must since 1 level, it will help you to kill things faster, on 39 just change it to major one.
