coming from SPVP:

Mace 2 and Sword 5 block abilities,,, accdentally hit key twice and cancel the block,,, remove the cancel effect please

Sword 3 Hamstring range needs to increase otherwise with latency this is incredibly difficult to land

Cancel gives adrenaline. Try just pressing keys the proper amount of times.

Adrenaline on cancel is not needed at all, period. Remove that and the ability is now suitable for use in an online game where single presses of keys often does nothing, necessitating the repeated pressing of keys to ensure the ability fires off.

obviously you can have autoattack or another ability cancel the block and still give extra adrenaline when block is canceled

to have a 2nd key that cancels the block makes it extremely awkward to use especially in a fast spvp situation where you always end up accidentally canceling it

This really seems like a band-aid solution to me. Warriors admittedly could take it easier than some classes (maybe impale → rip would be problematic) but generally speaking the ability to use one key for different stages of a skill saves a lot of bindings. If there are latency issues causing keys to require being pressed numerous times to activate, it would be better to work on improving that instead of simplifying one class.

Having said that though, I’m playing on a server around the world from me (8 timezones apart, plus in a different hemisphere) and I don’t have latency issues with activation unless something else is going wrong at the time. It might not even be an issue with GW, just something between you and the server.

If you’re not talking about latency at all, I’m a bit confused by what you mean. Are you hitting the skill key twice because you wanted to use another skill? Because in that case, maybe you should change your bindings. I mean what would keep you from wasting a skill the same way just by missing a key and activating it before you should have used it?
