Guild Wars 2

Topic title says it all, I am looking for a rifle warrior burst build for sPVP. I am not really interested in if it is viable or not, I am new to the class and am more interested in testing it out, but seeing as I know very little about the warrior class in general, looking at a premade rifle burst build would educate me on the traits that are worth getting etc.

Pretty much the build that ofek posted and I like using eagle runes cause your pretty much gonna get most people to 50% to make your volley hit harder after your killshot and for utilities I like having FGJ for the fury, signet of fury for more precision and a full adren bar ,and bulls charge cause it gives you enough time to land a killshot

I prefer 10/30/0/0/30 Healing Surge, Signet of Stamina, Fury and Rage with For Great Justice. Valkyrie’s armor with all Zerker’s. Manage crit chance with Tuning Oil, more power from food and bloodlust+force sigil.

In sPvP I actually run with a might stacking build (20/20/0/5/20) and use runes that extends out might duration. I also picked up leg specialist and the trait that pops fury when you immobilize someone. Open with 2 and then let them have it.

I still pick up the 50% chance extra to crit on stunned foes because I run with an axe/shield. It’s actually quite easy to land it because it takes people completely off guard when they see a rifle warrior walking up to them slowly as they nail them and soften them up quite a bit, switch to shield, land the shield bash and evis for 7k+.

I still prefer mending because I rely on it honestly for conditional removal since if I pick up frenzy for this play style I have to either drop balanced stance or SoS and I prefer to keep BS. Again I’m not trying to land the f1 rifle burst all the time since the might stacking keeps it going fluidly. I thought about picking up berseker’s might, grandmaster arms trait but I can’t justify giving up leg specialist. Even the axe throw 3 is great for it; that plus the trait that gives you furt when you immobilize (short temper).

The 20 slot on discipline most would say to pick up Mobile Strikes but honestly I sometimes run with Mighty Defenses to gain more might when I block some attacks with shield to up my evis even more. Against preference.

Take all damage increasing trait (Str, prec, tac), crit and faster signet cd on disc.
All Zerker gear + ruby

This built Hit like a truck, and the only thing you need is elite signet skill, and precision signet for fast adrenaline recharging.
