Looking to finish my build (min / max)

I believe wiki has explained all you need to know to answer your question?
Related question: hero panel shows rounded value for crit chance. Is the real number or the number shown used in combat calculation? In other words: does it make sense to add precise infusions until the number shown increases by 1% or not?
even if ppl think my builds are crap, I allways used accessory slots to fine tune this.
If calculated critical give x.123 I leave it as it is
If gives x.89… what ever, this mean 0.89 are wasted so I put a precision stone to jump over and gain a 1% crit
All my characters are “perfect”, no points are wasted
A Skritt is dumb. A group of Skritt are smart.
A Human is smart. A group of Humans are idiots.

The game does not use even numbers for critical chance. If you have 89.5% crit chance you have 89.5%, not 90 and not 89. There are no “wasted points.”

Thanks, for the answer and the link. The sigil stacking rule problems were also new to me, good to know about that as well.
