On either the Fort Aspenwood or Ehmry Bay severs for testing. Would be a plus if they had a set of Superior Runes of Melandru but only Lemongrass Poultry Soup is really needed. The test, of course, is finalizing the interaction between +/-% condition duration.

On EU so cant really help you, but run 6/6 melandru + lemongrass + dogged march.

but its pretty simple maths tbh.
