This is what I suggest for you:
Particularly because it’s exactly what I used to take in groups for Mai Trin and it works perfectly provided you don’t screw up in cannon phase and die.
If you get low on health then swap to lifesteal food, and you should be using Scarlet Slaying potions for +10% damage dealt and -10% damage taken.
The key is to learn how to max-range axe her. With a mace mainhand block you will never be in the position where you’re not able to block her teleport shot.
The longer you stay in melee range btw, the longer it’ll take for her to teleport to you.
I personally take mace offhand swap rather than mainhand actually, because I find that I don’t need more than one block, but I strongly advise you to just run it mainhand for safety precaution unless you feel very comfortable fighting her.

Yeah the objective is to just remove her stacks as fast as possible so the team can stack might, deep freeze, and burn her to the next cannon phase as quickly as possible. It’s faster to remove her stacks with one person doing it due to the RNG with horrik’s aggro in groups and the fact that Mai frequently switches targets, and it just so happens that warrior is relaxing to do it with.
