I’m about to craft my ascended armor and weapon for my warrior. He is a condition build I mostly use him for wvw, and events with the gw2 story.
Question is my stats, should I go with dire stats for ascended, condition, toughness, and vitality. OR Apothecary stats with healing condition, toughness, and condition,
mostly I am trying to stay alive when I roam in wvw and zerg as well, and stay alive when does one hit attacks comes from the gw2 story events.
So what is better for a Condition warrior?

First, I suggest that you keep different exotic sets and try them all, see for yourself which one suits you the best. Also, check the difference in stats from exotic to ascended, because it’s quite costly to craft and maybe not that profitable.

To answer your question, I’d say dire, because:

• It brings about 94 more condition damage,
• It brings vitality, which is useful in all circumstances,
• Apothecary brings Healing Power, which is interesting only if, in your gameplay, you use healing a lot and grant yourself regeneration frequently. Personally, I use the Healing Signet which I very rarely activate, and I never give myself regeneration (i.e. never use any of Banner of Tactics, Dogged March and Inspiring Battle Standard – Quick breathing, which I sometimes take, can grant regeneration, but that’s very situational). Your mileage may vary.

Now, I have crafted my own ascended condition-damage armor. I chose Rabid, because I’m the offensive type, and I like the added precision – as it opens me more build opportunities, either using on-critical traits and sigils, or going for mixed condition/direct damage builds.

If that’s not the case, I strongly recommend you stick with exotic armor and focus on getting appropriate ascended trinkets and then weapons. Ascended armor is expensive to make and the stat gain is minimal. You actually gain more stats through infusions.

Yah please listen to this person. Unless you are runnng high level fractals the difference in stats is so tiny it is not worth it. Ascended trinkets on the other hand are much better than exotic trinkets for all types of game play.
