This is a skill that was from EoTN in GW1. It was not a shout but it caused the Warriors next 5 hits to do more damage. I would like to see it return as in GW1 it was something I used constantly in PvE to boost my overall dps. It could effect allies but I think it being singular on the Warrior works best

Yes, except no passive ability. The original ability did not have a time limit either so you could cast it outside of battle in preparation for a fight.
