Guild Wars 2

So I am fairly new to this game and my first toon, warrior is about to hit 80. I have so far not done any WvW. I am looking for a build and armour/skill suggestion for starting WvW. Basically I need a starting point, after which based on my experience/learning, I will change to something I find most useful.

I checked few existing threads on this but I am not sure that which one would be still good enough with the upcoming changes. Thanks in advance.

easiest way to get started in wvw is just dive into it.. buy a soldier set with karma for mindless zerging, or zerk and go roaming. 30 10 0 0 30 is my favorite roaming build for gs/axe/shield. people will fight me on this but it works. for zerging just throw down 0 10 30 30 0 with a hammer/sword/warhorn if youre afraid to die, lots of hp/def + regen + condi removal + shout healing helps too.

Please just don’t go gs/ sw wh and just run from everything.
