New "kick" doesn't count as a movement skill
This would clearly break the games balance if it counted as a movement skill. The devs have said they have to be careful or warriors will be super OP.

Kick is already good enough as is. Fast cooldown, comes out nearly instantly, knocks back, can know people off cliffs in pvp, leads to combo setups with Bull rush and Bolas.
I mean, if you buffed kick any more, then every Warrior in PvP would turn into this:
