Hi all, quite sometime ago, I read something about Dev are considering implementing a change to one of out heal skill making it into a shout. Is this true?

Yeah, so far all they said is they were considering Mending to be physical and Healing Surge to become a shout. No further details have been given, except all utilities will have a tag type. I assume Monday will clear a lot of this up. Check out the Guildwars2 twitch at noon PST for their Ready Up stream.
