Q:

What is optimal amount of healing power to go for when using Inspiring Battle Standard and/or Vigorous Shouts to go along with S/S LB condition builds?

Healing power has linear scaling, meaning that there not really is an optimal point. I would aim at your other stats first. Get enough condi damage to kill people with, 1.2k+ I would say and put the rest into healing power.

I am not really a fan of healing power tho. I am just happy with the 300 I get from the defense line.

I actually go with no healing power on my inspiring battle standard condi build… at least not on the gear, I get 300 from the trait lines. The extra healing coupled with healing signet is enough for most situations, or at least I find it to be. It allows me to be supporty, but I don’t go all into support. If you were looking to do that, you’d probably have to give up some damage. Honestly, I’d say just forget about the healing power for the most part unless you really want to focus on healing others.

I guess you could trade out some precision or vitality if you felt those were high enough, although it might be hard finding a stat combination that would work nicely. I suppose shaman’s or apothecary’s would be the best fit if you wanted some additional healing power. You could always go cleric’s or zealot’s, but then you’re building some direct damage instead of condition damage. There’s always magi’s as well, but I don’t think that would fit in as well unless you really needed some extra precision too.
