No really, you dont need all those runes, i run full soldier and keep up perma rage/15+ stacks of might with 10/30/0/30 shouth heals.

Well yeh i use the 20% boon duration food, but you get what i mean…

I can regen 15k health in 20 seconds without a single piece of healing gear. 14.4k hp per 20 sec without runes. Shout spam is less than 1.5k x3 every 20 sec because On My Mark! has a 25 second (traited) CD. 4.5k on self, MAYBE 22k IF you can hit all five people and blow all your CDs among other assumptions.
