So now that the 100B tPvP warrior build is useless I started randomly tested different weapons and set ups with different focuses.

After a few unsuccessful builds I decided “hey, I’ll try kick cause it was buffed and I’m having no luck anyway.”

It was GREAT!

With the Physical Training trait the CD is 16 secs so you can use it alot, and it works as a great interrupt as well as a set up for a combo or even for an eviscerate.

The thing is I only tested it in sPvP hot joins and haven’t in a tourney yet, so not against the more skilled side of the PvP playerbase, which means my positive results may have been from people just unable to react to the use of a new skill.

So I’m asking if anyone else has tried this and had good results with it? Or if anyone would be willing to try it out?

Also keep in mind I haven’t tested any other rune sets yet, so don’t think the divinity runes are a necessary part of this build, cause I really don’t know yet :P

Along those same lines I haven’t decided if I should keep the last 10 points in Discipline for Fast Hands and Signet Mastery or if I should put them in Defense for Armored Attack and Defy Pain.

Finally the rifle is only there cause I recently got Tybalt’s rifle from the PvP mystic forge and just like popping it out to show it off LOL It really has no place in this build so if you try it out and find another set up that works let me know, or if you already play this build and have different weapons could you let me know?

I commend your effort at the new build, but I’m not so sure this one is going to work out well for pvp.

Very limited condition removal (mending) , no mobile strikes, no stun breaks, and no stability. That usually does not equal success in PvP.

Oh yeah…. lol

Well the thing is I usually roam with an ele on my tourney team and he normally takes care of the conditions, plus our guardian bunker is a shout build (soldier runes).

So I’ve never really had to worry about it too much on my own, and in hot join randos most people don’t focus on condi damage lol

Any ideas on how to add that in? I normally use all 3 physicals on a regular basis and I dont have the traits to put into warhorn condi removal, not if I want the mace CD reduction and fast hands ofc. So I’m at a loss….. :P

Well the only option is to play with Lyssas runes and siegel of stamina. For that you have to spend also 10 points for signet cooldown reduction. The other solution is to have a necro in your team, which he would take all the conditions passively and transfer them to the opponents.

Runes? That gave me a thought!

Would playing with Sigils of Purity in a high crit build help to keep condis off? I guess I’m just concerned that they’ll activate and give me the 10 sec CD on them when I don’t have any condis at all, or would they wait until I did get them to activate?

Cause besides blind/fear/chill that might help, would save me from having to use Lyssa runes perhaps? lol

I was thinking before hand that maybe I could take 20 out of Defense and put it in Tactics and use a warhorn, but the mace#5 is actually a pretty important skill of this build so I’d need both but I’d have to keep 30 in Strength and at least 15 in Discipline for Fast Hands.

Although I guess if I did axe/mace and axe/horn then I wouldnt need fast hands…..

god kitten I hate having to make new builds! lol

I’ve thought of high-crit with purity but the problem is that I’m not sure that’s enough to replace a signet of stamina or lyssa runes. If they made it so that it was a 10sec cooldown for each individual sigil that would really help warriors out and literally allow us to “Power through” conditions.

In hot join you can probably win without slotting any utility, people use it for random kills and testing.
tPvP is where you see if something is viable or not.
