Guild Wars 2

We have an amazing collection of skills for the spear and speargun, but a genuine lack of bleeds for the spears.

If I have any condition damage, it becomes useless once I enter the water.

Would it be possible/reasonable to have a spear skill damage lowered in exchange for some sort of bleeding element on it?

Why are you entering the water in the first place?XD

(if you are talking about water outside of personal story, of course)
