Welp, the new patch kindof… sucked… but after a bit of thought decided butterflies weren’t for me. So, what’s everybody running/planning now? I’ve been theory crafting and testing a bit, wondering what everyone else is coming up with.

Is my current best PvP idea for teamfight dps. Seems to have lost only a little damage in comparison to my old build, a little harder to get combustive shot off every time it’s up now but not too bad. Arcing arrow every 8s also kindof makes up for this.

Is what I’m rolling with in WvW, mostly smaller group play/solo roaming. Might jump on the melandru train, but it’s hard to say goodbye to that 12g I spent on Lyssa runes. Still trying to decide whether empowered, empower allies or desperate power is going to show the most benefit.

Edit: Also, does anybody else kinda like the new stomp? Not sure how useful it is, but it sure is fun.

I don’t know why a lot of people are complaining about sustain. I recently made a PvP video in WvW against 3 consecutive enemies in a row and managed to beat them all (Warrior -> Elementalist -> Warrior) without a lot of trouble. I was surprised that my sustain outlasted an Elementalist. The Elementalist wasn’t a noob by any means and actually knew how to play her class, but I still managed to out sustain her. The video is uploading at this very moment and I’ll be posting it as soon as possible!

I LOVE the new Stomp. I’m uploading a video at the moment with Stomp in my utility and let me tell you that it is incredibly useful as you’ll be seeing very soon! (:
