PvE sigils to use?
- Sigil of Force is a 5% increase in damage. That can (and possibly should) be interpreted at +5% power.
- Sigil of Fire has a 1.0 coefficient and kitten internal cooldown. The damage it adds isn’t that big.
- Sigil of Battle is awesome as heck if you’re not using Forceful Greatsword and are swapping weapons as often as possible.
- If you really want Sigil of Bloodlust, you can always have it on some other weapon, get the kills and swap out.
Personally, I have a Sigil of Force in my axe, Sigil of Accuracy in my offhand and a Sigil of Battle in my GS. But then again I don’t do dungeons. If I wanted to get the most output for solo, I would probably go with Sigil of Force and Sigil of Battle on my Axe/OH and Sigil of Force on the GS.
Thanks for your replt Olba!
Good pointers you have there. Just a question, what does 1.0 coefficient mean, does it mean that it doesn’t scale with anything or?
About the sigil of accuracy, doesn’t it feel a bit overkill with all the crit we already have?
In my experience Sigil of Fire is about 5% dmg and more in AOE situations, however as you build power it starts to trail of. I also seem to notice that it doesnt scale down much in lower level Zones so in those scenarios it might be even better.
There isnt really much to choose from, you cant really take a crit sigil and an on-swap sigil together so in the end you have 2 permanent stat sigils and one either crit or on-swap.
Permanent is ofc. Force and Accuracy (there isnt really any options unless you go Night for instance or Slayer of….).
On crit is probably best if you have high crit or minimal boon duration boosts, if you have boon duration then Battle would probably be a better choice. Anyway the only options you really have here are Fire or Battle.
Atleast for DPS…
Oh btw, you ofc need a secondary dw weapon set with Bloodlust on both for quick 25 stack gain…
Ty aeneq!
I have hoelbrak runes atm so atleast that’s 20% might duration.
My crit is around 80% at full adrenaline so yeah a crit sigil would probably proc every time it’s not on cd.
Hmm, what to choose, what to choose…
I use a Sigil of the Night and Sigil of Force when I’m using Axe/Axe. Total 15% damage increase
Sigils of the same type – “always on” – do not stack.
Actually, night and force do stack.
