Any pve axe main hand builds? with mace axe sword or shield offhand?

sick of gs builds

mainly for fractals. doesn’t have to be meta.

Typical is axe/mace for vuln stacking. There’s actually a metabattle build for it. Granted, it still utilizes GS, but yea.

Im bored of GS too so i decided ill check axe/axe Its pretty nice and fun to play you are extra fast with a/a but thing is, in 1st build u dont have move speed buff outside of warhorn.

With berserk on (another +15% atk speed) u chop like a hurricane.
you can swap berserkers fury for signet masteery if u would like to stack precision with healing signet.

My second build is with passive 25% move speed and utilizing a little of weapon swap ( but still with 1 set of weapon just axe on main weapon and another axe on offhand second weapon set) and it makes burst skill on 2.5 sec cd in berserk mode with a bit damage increase to it:

Its also a reason I am bored with warrior, every kitten build needs to use GS in order to be somehwhat effective in PvE.

If you are bored with GS, Axe is even less exciting your rotation is literally just pressing 1 have fun with that.

Why should I not press 2 for vuln?

Mace 4, axe 2, and THEN auto-attack.

It’s not that GS is to blame, they should change the Forceful GS trait to apply to hammer as well. Then we could see some more builds.

What about Axe+Axe? Is Mace offhand that much superior? I love the axe whirle

Axe off hand is terrible because the whirl does less damage than the auto attack chain in the same time it takes to finish.

So Axe 4 and 5 are completely useless? Since release?

They used to be worst, still terrible.

4 gives fury and is 2hit so more adrenaline for faster burst skill, dont see a reason to not use it,

I think it is becasue you don’t need the fury and shouldn’t need the adrin, and vuln and a cc from the mace is better, and even rip and a bock from a sword is better. It is becasue OH axe offers no utility and is just damage but it fails at doing all it does, becasue it takes no effort to prove what I’m saying as its so obvious to anyone that is willing to look.
