Is it more effective in terms od dmg output to have superior sigil of force or of accuracy in GS?

Depends on crit damage. Some believe from 50% crit damage and up, stacking precision (crit chance) is more effective then power (force).

my base % is 52% and it gets easily to 80%+ with signet of rage and banner of discipline,so accuracy is better in those terms,is that right?

Are you talking about chance now? There is a difference between crit chance and crit damage. Signet of Rage only ups crit chance with fury, not crit damage. Banner of disc ups both precision (chance) and crit damage.

If you medium to high crit damage, you will hit quite hard when critting, so increased chance to do so becomes more important.

Generally, I prefer accuracy over force. Accuracy is more burst minded, while force provides better sustained damage.

Sigil of Force does NOT increase Power, it increases output damage.
So DPS speaking, Force is always better.
But if you rely a lot on “proc on crit” stuff, then Accuracy may be better for you.

PS: By the way, increasing Power by a X% is always better than increasing critical rate by same percentage. This because Power improves (obviously) both normal and critical hits.
There is a reason why some people prefer Precision over Power: Might stacking. More Might stacks you stack, more increasing Power is not good.

If you have to decide between Power and Accuracy: It depends if yous tack Might or not and how much can you stack.
