I am having great fun fine tuning my most recent build. The other day I decided to try “Superior Sigil of Blood”. My warhorn was new and needed an upgrade anyway so I put it there.

I notice that the Tooltip says "30% on Critical: Steal Life …. ". Last night it occured to me that obviously my Warhorn never Crits. Does anyone know if steal life would be triggered by a crit from my axe, maybe you have experience of what happens with other Sigils? Hard for me to tell if it is doing anything or not.

The weapon in which the sigil is shouldn’t matter. I also have one in my offhand and it steals life for ~500 HP. Maybe you have another on-crit sigil in you mainhand (like 60% chance on bleed) which will cause the blood sigil to go on cooldown, too.

Thanks Kurajin. I was hoping not to have to buy two new Sigils just so I can decide if I should use it or not. From memory the Trigger is every 2s, although my life is about 24000 I am a A/H/Shout Supportish build so with my regens that will help a bit.

ATM I have whatever that one is that adds Power every kill up to a 25 stack, I think it came with the Axe and I haven’t yet decided whether to change it. As I am still fine-tuning the build maybe I will try an on-crit in the axe to see how that goes, Crits are only about 17% on the Hero Panel but if that goes up with Armour Sigils etc (haven’t decided which to use yet).

I’ll Post the build for suggestions sometime but tbh I am enjoying trying different combinations of stuff so I will hang back on that until I think I have it more or less done.
