I believe Dual Strike should give 2-3 seconds of quickness, this would add more utility to the set and make it more unique.

I also believe that Axe 5: Whirling Axe should either reflect projectiles or have its damage increased by 50% in PvE as well, its currently worthless because axe 1 deals more damage.

Axe 1 should have its damage made what it was before, I dislike how it is now.

That seems to be its theme, how would you fix it?

Quickness on Dual Strike seems like the best thing for it to make it unique.

“OP” is thrown around a lot, would 2-3 seconds of 50% faster animation really suddenly make a class that has a hard time hitting there targets OP?

no its not op, but it doesn’t help anything either.

2-3 seconds of quickness solves no problems. if they are going to change a weapon skill then i’d like them to change it to something useful

No, I didn’t mean quickness. I was referring to other boons and conditions that are neither warrior nor axe related.

As for quickness: axes are popular enough. If you add quickness to axes then other weapon sets will be no match for an axe/axe combo in terms of raw damage.

I would like to see axe 5 also granding stability for the duration with switness.

As for axe 4 a block skill

Pull for axe 3.

Axe 2 evade move.

Put 2 seconds of Quickness on it, you’ll have to make the cooldown like 30-40 seconds.

And even then it would be a ridiculously good option for PvE.

How would I fix Axe? There’s nothing wrong with the weapon. If anything is wrong, it’s purely with Whirling Axe.

To make it unique, I’d probably change it so while you channel WA, you can use any other weapon skill that isn’t an auto-attack or a burst skill. Basically, while you’re whirling and hitting, you can use Dual Strike, Cyclone Axe, Axe Throw, Counter Blow, Pommel Bash, Savage Leap or Final Thrust. In response, increase the cooldown to 30sec.

In effect, you could do Thief’s Dagger Storm in a way, either use an axe main and use throw axe for a projectile or use mace main and missile deflect trait + counter blow.

Take your time to learn proper keybinding, it’s worth the struggle

It’s for building adrenaline, lots of small hits really fast.

I think if they changed the duration of the fury to 4 (maybe 5) with any hit and sped up the animation a tad, it would be nice.

As far as axe 5, I’m a fan of reflecting (or at least destroying) projectiles. Also, reduce the channel duration and hit count but keep the skill’s overall damage the same. This would leave us with a skill that has some defensive application and accelerated offensive capability in exchange for reduced adrenaline gain.
