Which class/race has the best shouts (OMM, FGJ, Shake)? Which has the worst?

Best is so hard to say. Charr sound so epic. Norn sound so authoritative. Humans sound cool and normal/regular but firm. Since my war is human, maybe im biased so I go with then.

Worst Id have to say is Sylvari which sound a bit middleeastern or something

I definitely hate how sylvari say “shake it off”.
It’s a very lazy/annoyed tone, while trying to shake away an harmful condition should be yelled with force.
FGJ isn’t any better, it sounds like a nobleman asking the waiter for a coffee.

Male Norn is definitely great. His voice acting is generally top-notch in my opinion. Only problem is that Male Norn Warriors are everywhere!
