Everybody seems to think that Rage skills are new, they are not. As far as I can tell, they are Spectral skills that effect adrenaline instead of life force. Makes sense that they have different names seeing that Spectral doesn’t really fit Warriors. Does anyone think that I’m right?

All elite specializations are supposed to get skill types that exist. They are similar to spectral skills, but renamed aptly. This is similar to how mesmer got wells, necro got shouts, etc.
Warriors don’t have spectral, so it’s new

Well, I suppose infiltrator signet and roll for initiative are spectral skills as well but only they give initiative instead of life force. Are shadow fiend, flesh worm, well of corruption and signet of undeath spectral skills as well then?

Spectral skills are just some skills that are some random skills that are grouped together because it would fit better with their trait system. So yeah any set of skills under one group could be considered spectral skills.
