Rampage Elite skill.
I think it should just double all your stats like it does to vitality (never looked at anything of the others) and let you keep your normal skills with it. Maybe burst skills or utilitys could do some thing else to make it a bit more interesting. But of course the cool down would have to be at least 2 minutes imo
All form change skills need help. First off, they all need to allow using your heal skill (except the norn ones). This one needs to give the same stat boosts as Lich Form, also all skills should be Physical Skills to work with the trait
Most transformations are useless, besides Lich Form.
Lich Form:
1) Lasts Longer.
2) Does more damage.
3) Has more utility.
4) Has more tankyness.
5) None of the attacks make you stand still.
6) Range of all are 1200 compared to mostly 130.
Rampage has absolutely no flavor, most of its attacks look kind of stupid too. Most of them root you and your bunked down to throwing rocks at people.

Here’s my take on a rework of this skill:
-Reduce the cooldown to 60 seconds.
-Remove the duration. Instead, have it drain 1 strike of adrenaline every 1 second. When the adrenaline runs out, the transformation ends, and the cooldown begins. Can be cancelled early by pressing 0 again.
-Allow all skills to function normally (6, 7, 8, 9)
-Add an F1 Burst skill. No idea what, but obviously this skill will drain all remaining adrenaline, ending the transformation after use.
-Remove the stability buff. Instead, while in this form gain 1 stack of determination every 3 seconds, up to 3 stacks max.

Here is my idea, you know that Priory mission you get where you turn into that giant sword wielding Knight? That is WHAT it should be… imo.
You even got to keep your healing skills/utility skills as well.

Using adrenaline as resource sounds like a realy good plan for it.
And also allowing our normal skills 6 – 9 sounds like a must also. the healing atleast.
About the determination.. iam not sure. how long should it last ?
Maybe just give 3 determination. at start. and thats what you get for the full duration, no matter how long you keep it up.
Adding F1 burst skill that drains all adrenaline and cancel effect sounds fun.
and making sure that 60 second CD is a must to be worthwhile.
But what it should be… ??? perhaps it can be a support thing ?
like guardians might staff..if using F1 you give 12 – 18 might stack to everyone around ??
Animation could be like a Big Shouting wave effect.. iam thinking about barbarian in D3 when he shouts.
and then you return to normal size.
How about adding 50 % thoughness for the duration, not more.
(to keep the 60 second).

The number 5 skill on rampage. the ground slam. perhaps it could be like the hammer jump, 300 – 400 range jump ?? to keep the skill mobile.
Please don’t make the player larger with rampage, it would look cool, but completely put a huge target on us to be focused down like an eles tornado.
The stability is the only reason to even think of using this, and even then it’s not worth it.
Damage is waaay to low in rampage, you are rooted for attacks (<— terrible idea), the cc attacks are destroyed by stability, we already have 0 sustain, not being able to heal is laughable.
People should FEAR a warrior in Rampage form (Lich form unchecked can do some serious damage to a team or WvW group, or PVE mobs). Half the damage we take, immune to cripples, chills, and immobilizes. Either make it damage or utility,
if utility- #5 skill- Legendary Battle Roar- either heal all allies around for decent health, Or give a long duration of Stability, Protection, Fury, Swiftness, and might to all allies (long cool down so can only be used once. (Have to be careful with boon theft and stripping, but we DESPERATELY need something that makes others fear a warrior for a short bit and not laugh at us.
Skill Number Four Unspeakable Courage- Re-direct damage from allies to yourself for 3-5 Attacks (Hence take Half damage in Rampage form)

In my opinion nothing should change with this Elite EXCEPT that they change all of it’s abilities to physical utility skills so that it benefits from the Physical Training Trait.
Do what you will to it, a transformation will never beat Signet of Rage, nor the utility of Warbanner.

i think that rampage should do pretty much exactly what it does now, except you get to keep your weapon skills.
so it would be a proper elite skill, you do more damage, are harder to kill, have stability and just in general become a super powerful fighter for a brief time.

-stability: 30s too (refreshed 3 times with duration of 10s)
-immune to blinds
-able to use utilities
-10% damage increase
-cd reduction
If they change these, it is actually pretty viable, it is massively disruptive. I don’t even really need the damage increase. If your enemies stability gets stripped, they are kittened.

The damage you do while in Rampage is so bad. I remember when I was so excited to try Rampage when I unlocked it, only to be severely disappointed when I used it on a mob and only took it to half health.

If you’re playing vs. half-decent opponents, size means absolutely nothing xD I think the size change would actually be pretty cool.
People focus eles in Tornado form because they have no defensive utility in Tornado Form. Simple as that.

That transformation isnt all bad.
Hell, they can even rename the slot to: Balthazars Fury
So you for a short time. Are being “possessed” by Balthazar.
And therefor Transform.
The Duration could be like this:
so we use the adrenaline as a resource as Dand mentioned.
You hit button and get maximum adrenaline, and then it slowly decays.
(But can be increased if in combat and doing dmg).
The skills could be a mix of what rampage have now and those the avatar have.
And what we see in that vid.. they already have Code to include tranformation and keeping utility slots.
