Rampage cooldown reduction wasn't enough.
This skill is just crap. If anything its should tripple stats (and adding 20k hp no matter at what % of hp we used it). Duration increased to 30sec, immune to cripple/chill/immo, stability refreshing every sec, protection. Fixed. Now its can feel like a juggernaut form worth placing in elite slot instead of SoR
I’ve got a few ideas to make rampage more fun!
1. Allow all skills while in Rampage form (Currently it locks 6-9, wtf?)
2. Change Rampage to consume Adrenaline instead of having a set duration. Every second in rampage consumes 1 strike of adrenaline.
3. Gain Stability and Protection while in Rampage form.
4. Add in a Burst skill that produces a powerful effect (which would use adren, and end the transform)
5. 60 Second CD, which begins after the transformation ends.

Yeah it needs more to it if it is gonna stay at this cooldown.

i like it.
i don’t know about making it last that long though, each bar of adrenaline is 10 strikes, that would be a 30 second of rampage at max adrenaline if you used it and didn’t hit anything. with the grandmaster trait furious this would equate to perma stability and protection while in battle.
how about a flat 60 second cooldown for 15 seconds of rampage. you get protection and stability, the health and damage increase and would get to keep your weapon skills.
this means that you become a near unstoppable weapon of death for a little while, but you don’t suddenly become Balthazar in PvE and PvP
Rampage are fully uselles if locks weapon and utility skills.
20s fisical improvements without one single skill usefull, agaist 150s CD…
Rampage are useless.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Rampage is nothing but a temper tantrum. It’s too slow and lumbering, you can’t do any real damage while it’s active, and the duration is too short for the length of the cooldown.
Really needs a fix or to be removed from the elites completely.
NOBODY USES THIS SKILL!!

While I do think Rampage could use some help…most of the suggestions made here are way over the top!
I mean, how many elites out there are even 1/4 as good as what you’re suggesting?

Lich, Plague
My opinion; Rampage needs three changes to become viable.
1) An attack chain on 1, and for 1 to be automatically set to auto-attack.
2) Give rampage a burst skill. I wouldn’t make Rampage end on its use, because generating and spending adrenaline is the basis for Cleansing Ire, something a Juggernaut would benefit from. I believe this skill should be a shout/blast/smash centered on the player that cripples and burns enemies within a 600 radius.
3) Allow the use of utility skills. Some utility skills would be too strong on a juggernaut form, so I propose that the form has its own utility bar, with some skills restricted like those available when underwater.
Its cool-down and the duration of its stability are another matter, but I believe the rampage form itself would be much more enjoyable to play and effective in its role with these changes. It is a highly disruptive form, but without an inherent threat all it serves as is a minor annoyance.
Other possible changes are a way to access might, protection or a large boost to toughness in the form. I did not include these above because I think these might be too powerful, and they are strictly concerned with numbers balance, while the suggestions above are about fun and usefulness.
