Rate my Warrior build?

i rate for shimzor 0 for lack of effort to click on on a link >.<
Pretty decent build, 2 remarks:
- add to the op that it’s a PvE/dungeon build (I was looking for a WvW build)
- why not 2 superior sigils of bloodlust (main and off hand) to stack power twice as fast?
i dont think they would stack that fast
